Working methods
Land prospecting, selection and contracting
We select both industrial and agricultural land and, based on standardized and bankable contract models, we contract the optimal and appropriate land for the implementation of renewable projects through purchase or lease options.
Line layouts
We design the most convenient line layouts in terms of distance and costs, avoiding areas that may pose problems such as protected or Natura 2000 areas.
Land legalization
Our legal team is responsible for compiling and validating all cadastral, registry and ownership documentation, as well as carrying out the analysis of the legal situation of the land (mortgages, inheritances, donations and charges). We also manage the public registration of the contracts.
Right-of-way
We manage and agree on the right-of-way required for the installation of the line that connects each Project with its electrical substation, as well as other types of right-of-way required for the correct operation of the Projects.
Feasibility studies, constrains and urban compatibility
Our technical team carries out rigorous constrains studies at a regulatory, morphological, environmental, archaeological, landscape, hydrological, fauna and flora level, as well as checking with the municipality that there is no urban or other type of incompatibility that prevents the project from being carried out.
Capacity and production calculation
We carry out detailed layouts to determine the power that can be installed in each Project according to the contracted surface area, as well as access roads, cabling and fencing. We also calculate the energy that the project will generate and feed into the network once installed and connected.
Connection analysis and obtaining connection points
We carry out connection studies in both high and medium voltage, and we also analyse the substations and their positions. Once the parameters are determined and are feasible in technical and economic terms, we request the connection from the corresponding network operator and obtain it for each Project.
Sale of the projects
Once the project has the land and the connection secured, we put it on the market, offering it to the wide portfolio of Clients that we have.
